Beyond Branding to Burning for God
“John answered them all, ‘I baptize you with water. But one more powerful than I will come... He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and with fire.’” — Luke 3:16
We live in a generation that knows how to brand but lacks burning. We have replaced the altar with the stage, the fire with fog machines, and the voice of God with the voice of influencers. The early apostles had no social media, no flyers, no seminary degrees — yet nations heard them because they were burning with the fire of the Holy Ghost.
Fire announced them. Fire backed them. Fire filled their mouths with power, and their hands with healing.
But what do we see now?
Churches packed with the unrepentant. Pulpits that entertain but don’t transform. Sermons that motivate but don’t convict. We have become spectators in a holy gathering where evil men feel at home, not because God has changed, but because the fire has gone out.
Where is the power that made Simon the Sorcerer beg for what Peter carried?
Where is the heat that caused Ananias and Sapphira to fall under conviction?
Where is the fire that made hearts burn and knees bow without alter calls?
Young men and women, you were not born for entertainment, you were born for encounters. The world is not waiting for another brand; it’s crying for burning men and women — people who walk into a room and demons flee, not because of who they are, but because of Who they carry!
It’s time to stop blending in and start blazing out.
We don’t need more commentators — we need converters. We don’t need more personalities — we need power carriers.
We don’t need more popularity — we need purity and purpose.
Lord, set us on fire again! Let us burn until this generation feels the heat. Let our words be flames, our hands be torches, our lives be altars. Use us to ignite a revival that no man, no system, and no hell can quench!
Youths, arise! You are God's kindling wood — destined to burn.
Let the world watch you burn for Christ, not for likes or fame, but for glory that shakes kingdoms.
This is your call. This is your hour. Be set ablaze!
